The rules of the first module can be defined through key words or phrases, it can also be configured to consult external databases through APIs or services and generate conversation paths as a tree or graph. The second module works with Artificial Intelligence using neural networks and NLP machine learning algorithms or natural language process learning, which can be trained through well-crafted texts with a basic and clear grammar in pdf files, which can be loaded by this means of configuration.
